THE BRIEF
After seven years as managers of a multi billion pound property portfolio, the people at Lancer wanted to chart its progress and acknowledge the exceptional trust placed in them by its reclusive owners. They commissioned a prestige, handmade publication which gave a flavour of the portfolio of assets constituting the Berkeley Estate.
THE SOLUTION
The result, part annual report, part portfolio review was handbound and produced in an exclusive limited edition.
