THE BRIEF
In a year when the Anglo-Dutch bank had restructured its business to focus on wealth management it wanted to explain how shedding 30 percent of its workforce had actually strengthened the business.
THE SOLUTION
The creative team developed an annual review which explored the nature of paradox. A product designer, a poet and philosopher, a deaf classical percussionist, an aikido master and a literary outsider reflected on the role of paradox in their working lives.
